Introduction
Central East ICB is developing a network of Neighbourhood Health Centres — bringing GP services, community nursing, mental health support, diagnostics and social care together in one local place, so more people can be seen closer to home instead of travelling to hospital.
We want to hear from local people, patients, carers and community groups before decisions are made about where these centres are located and what services they offer first.
Your feedback will directly inform the Neighbourhood Health Centre design principles and the phased rollout plan across our four places.
