Consultation people actually take part in
Public bodies have a duty to involve the people affected by their decisions. A web form with a 2% response rate meets that duty on paper. Thiscovery is built for consultations people can genuinely take part in — and for showing, transparently, what you heard and what changed.
Duty in spirit, not only on paper
ICBs, councils and NHS organisations already know they must involve people. The gap is usually reach, mix of methods, and feeding back. Thiscovery puts the journey in one place: open it, gather views, listen together, feed back.

What this looks like on Thiscovery
Live consultations on this demo
More engagements
A working example of a longer survey — the kind you would use when a consultation needs more than a tap.
When “where” is the answer
Some statutory questions are about place. The map below is a live example from this demo.

Questions people ask
Do people need an account?
Not for one-off input. Guest participation is there so a statutory consultation does not lose people at a registration wall.
How do you report what you heard?
Findings go back as grouped, anonymised results. That is important for public trust, and it is how Thiscovery is set up to work.
Can this run across a whole ICB, not one place?
Yes. One community can hold several consultations, several geographies, and a mix of polls, surveys, maps and comments — so the duty is met as a system, not site by site.

Tell us who you want to bring together and what you need to show for it. A short conversation is usually enough to see whether this is the right fit.
