Design better services together
Feedback is one half. The other half is making something: a workshop, a shared to-do list, a sketch of a pathway, a project that needs a yes from more than one person.
This is not only a comments box
When a group is designing a service, they need a calendar, a list of who is doing what, a place to draw, and sometimes a formal record that goes through approval. Those tools live in the same groups as the conversation.
You do not have to use all of them. Come to one webinar. Pick up one task. That is still co-creation.

Questions people ask
Do I have to come to events to be useful?
No. Events are one way. Completing a task, commenting on a sketch, or filling a project record are others. Come when you can.
What is a whiteboard for?
For thinking that does not fit a sentence yet. Mapping a patient journey, clustering sticky notes, drawing a process. You can tidy it later into a file or a wiki page.
Who sees a project record?
The people who need to review it, until it is approved. After that, some records can appear in a public catalogue. You will be told which kind you are filling in.
