Answering is voluntary throughout: you can skip any question, and you can stop at any time without giving a reason. Your answers are confidential and anonymised for research use.

The survey is being run by researchers at the University of Cambridge. Please click here to read the participant information sheet.

At the end of the survey, you can enter your details to receive £10 compensation for your time.
