Introduction
Increasing patient-reported satisfaction with access to primary care is one of Central East ICB's three headline measures of success over the next five years. Rather than ask a one-off question, we're inviting local people to join a small ongoing panel so we can track how access is changing over time, hear from the same people as improvements are made, and understand which changes actually make a difference.
Joining takes a couple of minutes. You'll need a free account to take part, so we can invite you back to short follow-up surveys roughly every few months and see how your experience changes. Your account details are kept separate from your survey answers wherever possible, and you can leave the panel at any time.
